The following are just few points I'd like to share for beginners on starting to attend regular classes.

Preparing for a yoga practice is essential as this will enable you to receive all the wonderful benefits of each pose, through mindful breathing. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to enjoy!
The greatest advantage of Yoga is that it can be practiced almost anywhere by people of all ages and it has immediate tangible effects


Practice and Non-attachment

Asana and meditation are the same practice – both about being able to sit with whatever may be happening and trusting that inside of it all is that eternal joy which is the only true reality – and that is your own Self.
